Talent Solutions Group LLC has been meeting the needs of companies and organisations in Qatar that require training and consultancy services delivered at a world-class level, but with a local focus for over the last 12 years. In contrast to the many training companies that fly in trainers to specifically deliver their material and then depart, we are locally based, with a full appreciation and understanding of the uniqueness of Qatar - both its opportunities and challenges.

We recognise that learning must translate into practice if it is to be of real value in the workplace. We therefore place an emphasis on practical, activity-based and engaging exercises, which build on the foundation of theories and concepts, bringing them to life. We use relevant case studies, and scenarios generated by the learners themselves, based on issues they are currently facing in the workplace.   

We know that learners have different learning styles; activist, reflector, theorist and pragmatist. We therefore use various techniques to make sure we are addressing all the different learning styles and abilities; presentations of theories and concepts, reflective exercises, activities using relevant tools and techniques, and illustrations of where application has worked in the real world.  

We also recognise that learners may have English as a second language. We have been living in the Middle East for the past 12 years and trained thousands of people with by far the majority having English as a second language. We have the training experience, the personal experience of living in Qatar, and develop our own training exercises to reflect the diverse cultural backgrounds organizations within Qatar are facing daily.
